In 90 days we turn your validated offer into a finished course — curriculum, production, platform, and launch — and put it live in front of founding members. Because Validate already did the strategy work, Build starts from a proven blueprint instead of a blank page. That's why it's one flat project, not an open-ended retainer: the scope is known before we begin.
What you'll have at the end of 90 days:
- A complete core program — curriculum, lessons, and resources, professionally produced
- A live course platform your students can buy, access, and complete
- A working sales funnel — page, checkout, launch emails, and onboarding
- Founding members enrolled and launched
- A performance baseline and a roadmap for what comes next
How it runs: Month 1 builds the product (curriculum architecture, learning outcomes, lesson structure). Month 2 handles production and platform (recording direction, professional editing, LMS build, QA). Month 3 runs enrollment and launch (sales page, checkout, launch emails, onboarding, founding-member support).
Standard scope: One validated offer, one core program. Up to 12 lessons / ~90 finished video minutes. Up to two student resources. Remote recording direction, professional editing, standard visual system. One LMS or course platform. Sales, checkout, and confirmation pages. Up to six launch emails, onboarding automation, and founding-member launch support. One revision round per major asset.
Add-ons: On-site production day, full lesson scripting, additional finished minutes, additional learning path, certification/assessment system, complex platform integration, additional instructor — each individually priced when scope genuinely exceeds standard.
Terms: $24,000 flat, billed $8,000/month across three months. Fixed 90-day project — start/end dates and full delivery calendar set at kickoff. $2,500 Build Credit applied automatically if Client moved from Validate within 14 days of final validation review.
