Signature Venue Rental
$900 weekday · $1,500 weekend
Includes four hours of private venue access, tables and chairs, a standard floor plan, basic sound system and microphone, and venue support for opening and closing. This package is ideal for baby showers, birthdays, workshops, memorials, meetings, and smaller celebrations. Clients manage their own décor, setup, breakdown, and post-event cleanup.
Celebration Venue Rental

Includes six hours of venue access, GATHER team setup of tables, chairs, and standard linens, your choice of a standard floor plan, basic décor setup using GATHER inventory, an on-site venue host, trash removal, post-event cleaning, and a final walkthrough before your event. Ideal for larger showers, graduations, celebrations of life, corporate gatherings, and intimate receptions.
GATHER Experience
Starting at $4,000 weekday · $5,000 weekend
Includes up to ten hours of full venue access, a design consultation, customized floor plan, expanded event-day staffing, vendor coordination, and complete post-event cleaning. Best for quinceañeras, receptions, milestone celebrations, and elevated branded events.
All reservation hours include setup, event time, and breakdown. Custom décor, florals, balloons, specialty rentals, alcohol security, additional staffing, and additional hours are priced separately.
Additional Time:
- Weekdays: $250/hour
- Weekend daytime: $350/hour
- After 10 PM: $500/hour
- After midnight: $750/hour
Late departure is billed in 30-minute increments.
Community Residency
Recurring rentals start at $650 per reservation and include a consistent weekly four-hour time slot, tables and chairs, basic AV, self-service access, automatic monthly payment, and a three-month commitment. Ideal for churches, classes, workshops, networking groups, and community programs. Pricing varies by day, time, frequency, and commercial demand.
Deposit & Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed rental agreement is on file.
