Expand your VID engagement with additional production and creative services.

Video Add-Ons are fixed-scope expansion services for teams that need additional creative, production, or post-production support beyond what is included in their current VID Project, VID Operate, or VidOS™ Embed engagement.

Use Video Add-Ons when you need additional production capacity, specialized creative support, or a specific deliverable without changing your primary VID engagement.

Each service is scoped around a defined need, with clear deliverables, pricing, production requirements, and timeline.

Available Video Add-Ons may include:
  • Script Development & Storyboarding — messaging development, scripting, story structure, shot planning, visual direction, and pre-production support.
  • Video Production — additional remote, studio, or on-site production for interviews, executive content, customer stories, campaigns, product videos, training, events, and other approved productions.
  • Post-Production & Video Editing — additional editing, versioning, sound design, color, graphics, captions, formatting, revisions, and final exports.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation — branded motion graphics, explainers, animated sequences, titles, overlays, product visuals, and other animation support.
  • Spokesperson & Creator Video — presenter-led, creator-led, or UGC-style content for paid ads, organic social, product marketing, explainers, sales, recruiting, training, and campaigns.
  • Photography — professional photography for executives, teams, products, campaigns, websites, events, social content, and brand asset libraries.
  • Additional Production Days — expand an existing project or ongoing VID engagement with additional studio or on-location production.
  • Additional Video Deliverables — add videos, cutdowns, variations, formats, or versions beyond the deliverables included in your existing scope.
  • Distribution & Repurposing Support — prepare approved content for different channels, platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and publishing requirements.
  • Specialized Production Support — additional crew, equipment, locations, talent, teleprompters, specialized cameras, or other production requirements when needed.
How Video Add-Ons Work
Video Add-Ons are designed to extend an existing VID engagement without requiring a completely new service agreement.

Your selected add-on will be scoped based on the requested deliverables, production requirements, resources, and timeline. Work begins after the scope and pricing are approved.

Video Add-Ons do not automatically include ongoing strategy, unlimited production, channel management, paid media management, publishing, or distribution unless specifically included in the approved scope.

All services are delivered according to the approved brief, defined scope, and confirmed production timeline.

Best for: Existing VID clients who want to increase production capacity, add specialized capabilities, or expand the scope of a specific campaign or initiative.

Many ongoing production, editing, and creative services may already be included within your VID Operate membership.

Before ordering an Add-On, review your current scope or contact VID to confirm whether the requested service is already covered.

I have read and agree to the VID Expansion Services Agreement and the scope, pricing, and terms of my selected service.

Video Add-Ons / Expansion Services Agreement

This Video Add-Ons / Expansion Services Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to any individual or organization that purchases additional creative, production, post-production, or related services from Content Supply LLC d/b/a VID (“VID”).
By signing, electronically accepting, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the terms below.
This Agreement applies to fixed-scope services purchased in addition to, alongside, or independently of a VID Project, VID Operate, VidOS™ Embed, or other active VID engagement.
The specific service, scope, pricing, deliverables, production requirements, and timeline are defined in the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service selection (“Order”).
1. Services
Client engages VID to provide the services identified in the applicable Order.
Video Add-Ons / Expansion Services may include:
- Script development and storyboarding
- Creative development and pre-production
- Remote, studio, or on-site video production
- Additional production days
- Video editing and post-production
- Additional deliverables, cutdowns, or versions
- Motion graphics and animation
- Spokesperson or creator-led video
- UGC-style production
- Photography
- Distribution and repurposing preparation
- Additional crew or production equipment
- Talent, locations, or specialized production resources
- Other creative or production services approved by VID
Additional services may be added by mutual written agreement.
2. Scope
Each Expansion Service is limited to the deliverables, production requirements, services, and timeline identified in the applicable Order.
Services outside the approved scope are not included unless separately approved.
Requests that materially change the creative direction, deliverable count, production requirements, production location, staffing, equipment needs, or other approved scope may require a revised Order and additional fees.
3. Relationship to Existing VID Engagements
Expansion Services may supplement an existing VID Project, VID Operate, VidOS™ Embed, or other VID engagement.
Purchasing an Expansion Service does not automatically modify the scope, deliverables, allowances, timelines, or commitments of another active VID agreement unless expressly stated.
VID Operate Members: Some production, creative, editing, studio access, or related services may already be included within an active VID Operate membership. Services requested beyond the Client’s included scope may be purchased as Expansion Services.
4. Fees and Payment
Client agrees to pay the fees stated in the applicable Order.
Payment terms, deposits, installments, recurring charges, or payment schedules will be specified in the Order or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, work may not begin until any required payment or deposit has been received.
VID may pause production, editing, delivery, or other services for overdue balances.
Applicable taxes, duties, third-party costs, or approved expenses may be charged in addition to the service fee where required.
The existing agreement similarly makes the service fee subject to the applicable invoice and allows VID to pause services for intentional payment delays. Pasted text
5. Additional Production Expenses
Unless specifically included in the Order, additional production requirements may result in additional fees.
Examples may include:
- Location rentals
- Paid actors, creators, or spokespeople
- Travel and lodging
- Specialized crew
- Equipment rentals
- Props and wardrobe
- Set design or construction
- Music or stock-media licensing
- Shipping
- Permits
- Specialized post-production
- Rush delivery
- Additional production hours
- Additional revision rounds
Any material additional expense will be communicated to Client for approval before being incurred whenever reasonably practicable.
Your current agreement already identifies location rentals, paid talent, and excess revisions as common additional fees, so this keeps that concept but updates it for the broader VID service model. Pasted text
6. Production Scheduling
Production dates, studio sessions, remote recording sessions, shoots, and other scheduled services are subject to availability.
Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary personnel, locations, products, materials, approvals, and information.
Delays caused by Client may affect the production or delivery schedule.
VID is not responsible for delays resulting from late approvals, missing assets, unavailable Client personnel, changes in scope, third-party delays, or other circumstances outside VID’s reasonable control.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and requirements
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Ensuring availability of Client personnel and stakeholders
- Obtaining permission for Client-controlled locations
- Ensuring it has the right to use Client-provided trademarks, logos, music, images, footage, copy, products, data, and other materials
- Obtaining releases from Client-provided talent or participants unless VID expressly agrees to manage them
- Ensuring Client-directed claims, statements, and materials comply with applicable law
8. Approvals and Revisions
Client has the right to review deliverables produced under the applicable Order.
The number of included revision rounds, if any, will be stated in the Order.
Unless otherwise stated, revisions are intended to refine work within the approved creative direction and scope.
Requests that substantially change the original brief, approved concept, script, messaging, structure, footage requirements, or creative direction may be treated as additional scope.
Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes may be billed separately at VID’s then-current rate or quoted as a separate Expansion Service.
This is more flexible than the current blanket “3 rounds + $200/hour” language, which appears in the existing agreement. Pasted text
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary based on the service purchased and will be stated in the applicable Order where relevant.
Client acknowledges that VID may reserve crew, studio space, equipment, travel, contractors, talent, and other resources specifically for a scheduled production.
Non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred on Client’s behalf remain Client’s responsibility.
Late cancellations or rescheduling may result in additional fees.
10. Intellectual Property and Deliverables
Upon full payment of all applicable fees and approved expenses, Client receives ownership of the final deliverables specifically identified in the applicable Order, unless otherwise stated.
VID retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing intellectual property
- Production methods
- Processes and workflows
- Templates
- Internal project files
- Systems
- Software
- Training materials
- Frameworks
- General know-how
- Proprietary methods developed independently of Client
Unless specifically included in the Order, raw footage, editable project files, working files, source files, unused concepts, unused footage, and production files are not automatically included as final deliverables.
The original agreement broadly transfers intellectual property after full payment; this version preserves Client ownership of commissioned final work while making the distinction between deliverables and VID’s underlying systems clearer. Pasted text
11. Raw Footage and Project Files
Raw footage, source files, editable project files, design files, animation source files, and other working production materials are provided only when specifically included in the applicable Order.
Where raw footage or project files are delivered, Client is responsible for maintaining its own backups after delivery.
VID is not obligated to retain project files indefinitely after completion.
12. Third-Party Materials
Deliverables may incorporate properly licensed third-party materials such as music, stock footage, fonts, graphics, software, templates, or other licensed assets.
Client’s rights to such materials remain subject to the applicable third-party license terms.
VID cannot transfer ownership of intellectual property owned by third parties.
13. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless Client requests confidentiality in writing before production or delivery, Client grants VID permission to display completed, publicly released work created for Client in VID’s:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Case studies
- Social media
- Presentations
- Sales materials
- Marketing materials
VID will not intentionally disclose confidential information solely because of this provision.
14. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and to use that information only as reasonably necessary to perform or receive the services.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of this Agreement, was previously lawfully known, is independently developed, or is lawfully obtained from a third party.
This updates but preserves the bilateral confidentiality approach in the current agreement. Pasted text
15. No Guaranteed Results
VID will perform the services professionally and in good faith.
VID does not guarantee any particular:
- Revenue
- Sales
- Leads
- Return on investment
- Views
- Engagement
- Conversion rate
- Audience growth
- Advertising performance
- Business outcome
Performance depends on factors outside VID’s control, including market conditions, offer quality, audience, distribution, media spend, messaging, sales execution, and other Client-controlled or third-party factors.
I would specifically remove the existing “we often see a 10x return” language; the current agreement already says there is no guaranteed revenue outcome, but the 10x statement creates unnecessary tension with that disclaimer. Pasted text
16. Independent Contractor
VID is an independent contractor.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture between VID and Client.
This preserves the independent-contractor concept already in the existing agreement. Pasted text
17. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party and its respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or reasonable costs arising from that party’s negligence, misconduct, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights.
Client specifically represents that Client has the necessary rights and permissions for materials, claims, locations, products, trademarks, and other assets supplied to VID.
Your current contract already contains a mutual indemnification provision, including third-party intellectual-property claims. Pasted text
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services.
VID’s aggregate liability arising from a particular Order will not exceed the amount actually paid by Client to VID under that Order, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the applicable Order.
Either party may terminate for a material breach if the breach is not remedied after reasonable written notice.
Termination does not relieve Client of responsibility for:
- Services already performed
- Production resources already reserved
- Approved expenses already incurred
- Non-refundable third-party costs
- Work completed before termination
- Other amounts already due under the Order
For fixed-scope Expansion Services, I would not carry over the current blanket 15-day termination provision. The existing agreement allows either party to terminate on 15 days’ notice, which is much less useful for short production engagements or add-on orders. Pasted text
20. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for reasonable delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, travel interruptions, labor disruptions, illness, facility emergencies, or similar events.
Where reasonably possible, VID and Client will work in good faith to reschedule affected services.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The existing agreement already designates Colorado law. Pasted text
22. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and Colorado law.
The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.
This preserves the negotiation-then-arbitration framework already contained in your agreement. Pasted text
23. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the applicable Order, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other incorporated terms, represents the complete agreement between VID and Client concerning the Expansion Service purchased.
If a specific Order conflicts with this Agreement, the specific terms of the Order control with respect to that purchase.
24. Amendments
Any material amendment to this Agreement must be agreed to in writing.
Electronic acceptance, electronic signatures, checkbox acceptance, and acceptance through the VID client portal will be treated as valid acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
That preserves the severability protection already present in the current contract. Pasted text
Acceptance
By signing, electronically accepting, submitting an Order, or completing a purchase for Video Add-Ons / Expansion Services, Client acknowledges that Client has read, understood, and agrees to this Agreement and the terms of the applicable Order.
