Signature Venue Experience
$1,200 weekday · $2,000 weekend
Up to 4 hours of total venue access
Best for baby showers, birthdays, graduations, memorials, meetings, workshops, and smaller celebrations.

Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings, décor, food, and vendor equipment before the reservation ends.
Celebration Venue Experience
$2,200 weekday · $3,000 weekend

GATHER Experience
Starting at $4,000 weekday · $5,000 weekend
Up to 10 hours of total venue access
Designed for quinceañeras, receptions, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and larger gatherings requiring extended venue access.
Includes:
- Up to 10 hours of venue access
- Main event hall
- Upstairs space, when applicable
- Tables and chairs
- Standard linens
- Choice of standard floor plans
- Setup of GATHER-provided furniture
- Basic sound system and microphone
- Vendor access support
- Final walkthrough
- Complete post-event cleaning
- Free guest parking
Depending on season and day of the week, reservations of 12 hours or more may be available, including optional day-before access for setup and decorating.
What's Not Included
GATHER is primarily a venue rental, not an event planning or production service. Event planning, day-of coordination, client décor installation, florals, balloons, catering, bartending, photography, entertainment, specialty rentals, and other outside vendor services are not included. You are welcome to bring your own approved vendors in accordance with GATHER policies.
Additional Venue Time
All reservation hours include setup, event time, and breakdown.
- Monday–Thursday: $250/hour
- Friday–Sunday daytime: $350/hour
- After 10:00 PM: $500/hour
- After midnight: $750/hour
Late departure is billed in 30-minute increments. If your requested access reaches the standard duration of the next venue package, GATHER may require an upgrade rather than additional hourly time.
Recurring Residency
Starting at $1,750/month
A consistent weekly home for churches, fitness classes, workshops, networking groups, community organizations, rehearsals, and recurring programs.
Typical residency includes:
- One consistent weekly reservation
- Up to 4 hours per reservation
- Reserved day and time
- Tables and chairs
- Standard furniture setup
- Basic sound system and microphone
- Simplified venue access
- Automatic monthly billing
- 3-month minimum commitment
Recurring Residency pricing applies only to the approved recurring time block and does not provide discounted pricing for private events or other reservations.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until:
- The required deposit has been received
- The Venue Rental Agreement has been signed
A valid card must remain on file. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, missing inventory, or other charges permitted under the Venue Rental Agreement.
Alcohol & Security
If alcohol will be served, on-site security is required for the entire duration of alcohol service at $100/hour. Beer, wine, and hard seltzers: May be served in accordance with GATHER's alcohol policy. Hard liquor: Must be served by a licensed bartender and requires security. Additional alcohol requirements, including applicable event liability insurance requirements, are outlined in the GATHER Venue Rental Agreement.
